Η σειρά αυτή θα είναι ουσιαστικά ο αντικαταστάτης του πολύ πετυχημένου mainstream X25-M. Χωρητικότητες 40GB, 80GB, 160GB, 300GB and 600GB, το γνωστό 2.5'' factor, 25nm MLC NAND chips, 250MB/sec για read, 170MB/sec για write και μέχρι και 50K IOPS φαίνονται να είναι επιγραμματικά, τα κυριότερα χαρακτηριστικά της νέας σειράς της Intel. Με κωδική ονομασία 'Postville Refresh' και τιμές μάλλον στα γνωστά προηγούμενα πλαίσια, τα Intel 320 Series Solid-State Drives θέλουν να επαναλάβουν την πετυχημένη συνταγή του παρελθόντος.
