Το MOA (Master Overlocking Arena) ανοίγει τις πύλες του για 7η συνεχόμενη φορά και μόνο σκοπό έχει να αναδείξει σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο τον επόμενο overclocking master σε συνεργασία με το Hwbot.org.

Τα προκριματικά του MOA 2014 χωρίζονται σε δύο classes, την Class A και την Class B. Η πρώτη χωρίζεται σε regions και συγκεκριμένα στα AM, EMEA και APAC που είναι Αμερική, Ευρώπη/Μέση Ανατολή/Αφρική και Ασία/Ειρηνικός με την δεύτερη Class να είναι ενιαία που σημαίνει ότι δεν υπάρχουν διαχωρισμοί. Οι 18 πρώτοι προκριθέντες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να πάνε στα τελικά του MOA 2014 (Grand Finals) παίζοντας παράλληλα με extreme υποσυστήματα και κερδίζοντας πλούσια δώρα.

Επίσης θα δοθούν 18 εισιτήρια, 15 (4x AM, 6x EMEA, 5x APAC) για την Class A και 3x για την Class B δίνοντας έτσι μεγαλύτερο κίνητρο για περισσότερες συμμετοχές.

Τα Benchmarks για τα προκριματικά είναι: Class A: SuperPi 32M, 3DMark 03, Unigine Heaven και για την Class B: SuperPi 32M, Cinebench R15, XTU, 3DMark Fire Strike, 3DMark 03.

ΚΑΝΟΝΕΣ:

CLASS A QUALIFIER RULES

• Any MSI Z97 motherboard.
  
• Use 1 CPU. Server CPUs (Xeon, Opteron) not allowed.
  
• Any MSI R9 series graphics card. Single GPU.
  
• External power circuit disallowed.
  
• Only use hardware that is available for retail.
  
• This competition is between Members. Employee (either full-time or part-time) of any motherboard manufacturers is not eligible for the contest.
  
• Please attach a picture of your overclocking rig.
  
• A verification screenshot is required.
  
• A verification link is required (system info must be available!)
  
• Must use official competition background
  
• Not allowed: engineering samples, Lucid Virtu MVP, hardware that is not commercially available at the beginning of the competition.
  
• Screenshot must contain: CPU-Z CPU tab, CPU-Z motherboard tab, CPU-Z memory tab, GPU-Z (if 3D benchmark), benchmark (subtest) score(s) and settings, official MOA background.
  

CLASS B QUALIFIER RULES

• Any MSI Z87, Z97 motherboard. (LGA 1150)
  
• Intel Pentium G3258 CPU. Use 1 CPU. Server CPUs not allowed.
  
• GTX 750 graphics card allowed. Single GPU.
  
• Please download the LN2 BIOS and Afterburner Extreme here.
  
• External power circuit allowed.
  
• Only use hardware that is available for retail.
  
• This competition is between Members. Employee (either full-time or part-time) of any motherboard manufacturers is not eligible for the contest.
  
• Please attach a picture of your overclocking rig.
