Στο συγκεκριμένο μπορείτε να δείτε έναν Penryn (Wolfdale) ΕS χρονισμένο στα 2.33GHz (1333FSB) με 6ΜΒ L2 στον οποίον αντιπαραθέτουν έναν Ε6550 (2.33GHz, 65nm, 1333FSB, 4MB L2).

Οι διαφορές στις επιδόσεις κυμαίνονται από ανεπαίσθητες μέχρι και 115% (Divx 6.6 Alpha w/SSE4)!

Και το καλύτερο βέβαια οι μειωμένες θερμοκρασίες έναντι του E6550 (G0)!

Yep!

Passage on 45 nm technical process not only allow to decrease the core area from 143 to 103 sq. mm, but also to reduce the energy consumption level . As result wolfdale processors are satisfied by the default supply voltage core 1.1 v.
....
Processor was overclocked to 3.5-3.77 GHz using the default voltage . In my opinion this is an amazing result for engineering model.
