Έχοντας μια εμπειρία 20 χρόνων στην σχεδίαση και κατασκευή κουτιών, το μόνο που έχουμε να πούμε έιναι πώς σίγουρα ξέρει τις ανάγκες μας και δημιουργεί προϊόντα κάθε φορά και καλύτερα, με πολλές καινοτομίες που κάνουν την ζωή μας ευκολότερη. Χαρακτηριστικό γνώρισμα των προϊόντων της Lian Li είναι πώς στην πλειοψηφία τους είναι κατασκευασμένα απο αλουμίνιο και εξωτερικά έχουν όλα hair-line brush look ενώ έχουν υποστεί ανοδίωση. [NEWS_IMG=Lian-Li PC-Q12 και PC-Q18: Μεγαλώνει η οικογένεια των mITX cases!]http://reviews.hwbox.gr/news/lian_li.jpg[/NEWS_IMG]Η Lian Li συνεχίζει την παράδοση στα mini-itx cases προσθέτοντας δυο ακόμη επιλογές με τα ονόματα Lian-Li PC-Q12 και PC-Q18. Και οι δυο υλοποιήσεις διαθέτουν συμπαγή σχεδιασμό, είναι κατασκευασμένες από αλουμίνιο, μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν mini-ITX μητρικές και εφοδιάζονται με USB 3.0 θύρες στο I/O front panel. Το Lian-Li PC-Q12 αποτελεί τον ορισμό του μινιμαλισμού με διαστάσεις (W) 88mm x (H) 365 mm x (D) 208 mm και βάρος 2.4kg. Με δυνατότητα οριζόντιας και κάθετης τοποθέτησης, στο εσωτερικό του παρά τις περιορισμένες διαστάσεις θα συναντήσουμε τέσσερις θέσεις για 2.5" drives, τροφοδοτικό 300W 80plus καθώς και έναν 80mm ανεμιστήρα στο πάνω μέρος που αναλαμβάνει να διοχετεύσει τον αέρα στο εξωτερικό του κουτιού. Από την άλλη μεριά το Lian-Li PC-Q18 case ξεγελά με τις δυνατότητες του αφού σε διαστάσεις (W) 199mm x (H) 260 mm x (D) 365 mm με βάρος 3.35kg, μπορεί να υποδεχτεί κάρτες γραφικών με μέγιστο μήκος 340mm και aftermarket cpu cooler με μέγιστο ύψος 60mm. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει ένα 5.25" drive bay ενώ στο εσωτερικό του θα βρούμε ένα 3.5" hot-swappable με δυο θέσεις για 3.5" σκληρούς δίσκους ή τρεις θέσεις για 2.5" drives. Την ψύξη του case αναλαμβάνουν δυο 140mm fans στην πρόσοψη και στο πάνω μέρος αντίστοιχα. Τα Lian-Li PC-Q12 και PC-Q18 θα είναι διαθέσιμα σε δυο χρωματισμούς (μαύρο και ασημί) τέλη Απριλίου στην τιμή των 159$ (χωρίς ΦΠΑ). [NEWS_IMG=CES 2012: Lian Li PC-Q18 spotted]http://reviews.hwbox.gr/news/lian_li.jpg[/NEWS_IMG]Η Lian Li εκμεταλλεύτηκε το exposure που μπορούσε να επιτύχει στην CES, λανσάροντας μια νέα σειρά mini-ITX κουτιών που ακούει στην ονομασία Q-Series. Το πρώτο τους κατασκεύασμα ονομάζεται PC-Q18 και έχει σχεδιαστεί για performance desktop συστήματα και HTPC. Οι διαστάσεις του ανέρχονται στα 199 x 290 x 365 χιλιοστά, ενώ παράλληλα υπόσχεται να στεγάσει απροβλημάτιστα οποιαδήποτε mini-ITX μητρική με δύο full-height add-on κάρτες. Με λίγα λόγια μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ακόμα και dual-slot κάρτες γραφικών! Αναφορικά με τον αποθηκευτικό χώρο, περιλαμβάνει ένα 5.25" drive bay, τέσσερα hot-swap 3.5" bays και μέχρι τρία 2.5" drives. Βέβαια όλοι οι παραπάνω χώροι δεν συνυπάρχουν - πρόκειται στην ουσία για δύο compartments που ο χρήστης μπορεί να διαμορφώσει όπως επιθυμεί. Στο front panel του Lian Li PC-Q18 συναντά κανείς audio και USB 3.0 θύρες. Τέλος να σημειώσουμε ότι το PC-Q18 είναι σχεδιασμένο σχεδόν εξολοκλήρου από αλουμίνιο.
