Ο δίσκος έχει αντοχή για πιέσεις έως και 6500 λίβρες ενώ είναι και water resistant, dust resistand αλλά και shock proof. Οι "στρατιωτικές" καταβολές του διακρίνονται και από την δυνατότητα κρυπτογράφησης των δεδομένων με το (hardware) πρωτόκολλο AES-XTS 256-bit. Παράλληλα διαθέτει και keypad και συνδέεται στον υπολογιστή μέσω της USB 3.0 θύρας η οποία προσφέρει ταχύτητες μεταφοράς δεδομένων της τάξης των 230 MB/s. Η εταιρεία θα λανσάρει 3 εκδόσεις του drive στα 120GB, 240GB και 480GB με τις τιμές τους να ανέρχονται στα 429$, 629$ και 999$.
