Ερχόμενος με 128MB DDR3 μνήμη (λειτουργεί σαν cache), ο εντυπωσιακός SSD έχει MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) 1.500.000 ωρών και ένα χρόνο εγγύηση. Δυστυχώς δεν γνωρίζουμε τον ελεγκτή που χρησιμοποιεί, υποθέτουμε όμως ότι πρόκειται είτε για Indilinx Jet Stream, είτε για Indlinx Thunderbolt ή για τον JMicron JMF66x. Αναφορικά με τις ταχύτητες διαμεταγωγής δεδομένων σε λειτουργίες ανάγνωσης και εγγραφής, να πούμε ότι διαφοροποιούνται αναλόγως με την χωρητικότητα του μοντέλου.
