Η OCZ ανακοίνωσε τον Vertex 460, τον νέο SSD για το 2014 ο οποίος θα "φοράει" NAND Flash memory της Toshiba. Τα memory chips της Toshiba κατασκευάζονται στην λιθογραφία των 19nm και προσφέρουν ταχύτητες 550MB/s sequential reads, με έως και 95,000 4KB IOPS. Ο δίσκος θα πωλείται σε χωρητικότητες των 120, 240 και 480GB με την διαθεσιμότητά του να παραμένει προς το παρόν άγνωστη. GoriLLakoS Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 new Vertex 460 SSD based on Toshiba 19nm MLC NAND flash as well as in-house developed Indilinx Barefoot 3 M10 controller. The new OCZ 460 SSD is going to be available in the usual sizes that range between 120GB and 480GB. The Vertex 460 is capable of transfer speeds of up to 550 MB/s while random 4k performance is set at up to 95,000 IOPS and is set to ship later in January of 2014, so only a couple of weeks.
