Dear partner,

AMDʼs commitment to you, our customers, has seen us working hard on your behalf to ensure reliable availability of the right product, at the right price.

Our continued transition to 65nm technology and the ever increasing demand for our excellent dual-core products and solutions, which now features a full portfolio of motherboards, chipsets, graphics cards and processors, has pushed demand for AMD products higher than ever.

To meet this demand, AMD product availability is now fully ramped and in order to take advantage of this high growth period, we are increasing the resale window of opportunity in Q2 from 8/9 weeks to 12 weeks, in the hope that you will be able to better plan your Q2 desktop business and benefit from the increased sales that it will bring.

We have therefore decreased pricing on some of our Athlon ™ 64 dual core processors and Athlon FX processors, together with Sempron and single core Athlon 64 processors.

Effective April 9, 2007 AMD will reduce prices on select processors sold through authorized distributors.

The products listed below will change. Please contact your authorized AMD distributor after such dates for specific pricing and availability details.

Άμα στην αγορά προλάβει τις πτώσεις τιμών των Ιντελ ο 6000 για καποιον που θα παίζει default το συστημα πιστεύω θα είναι μια καλή αγορά για καποιον που έχει εναν μικρό επεξεργαστή ΑΜ2 ή ακόμα και για στήσιμο νέου με ένα αξιοπρεπέστατο Μοβο και καλές DDR2 μνήμες μιάς και έχουν παίσει τραγικά..Βλέπε Crucial

οταν λεμε σκαλι γοριλακο εννοουμε πεφτουμε στην τιμη του μικροτερου μοντελου?

δλδ τιμη 6400 μετα την πτωση = τιμη 6300 τωρα?

6400-6300 kαταργουνται και νομιζω θα εξαφανιστουν γρηγορα απο την αγορά.

Ναι αυτο εννοω...0 6700 θα εχει οσο ενας 6600 ας πουμε.
