Η H220X είναι η νέα υδρόψυξη τύπου DIY, της Swiftech. Έρχεται σε κομμάτια που αποτελούνται από CPU Block, σωληνώσεις, ψυγείο το οποίο μάλιστα στεγάζει το reservoir και την αντλία, η οποία δεν βρίσκεται στο block, έχοντας λιγότερες πιθανότητες διαρροής. Τα διαθέσιμα μοντέλα περιλαμβάνουν διαστάσεις: dual 120 mm (240 mm x 120 mm), single 140 mm (140 mm x 140 mm) καθώς και dual 140 mm (140 mm x 280 mm).
